Alexandra Pope

I work as a women’s leadership coach, facilitator and counsellor. I am also author of a number of books. Along with colleagues in Australia, for the last twenty–five years I have pioneered a ground–breaking approach to women’s physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing based on the cycle and the journey form menarche to menopause.

Menstrual cycle education has vital implications in the areas of women’s coaching and leadership, psychotherapy, girl’s and women’s health, and sex and birth education.

Having experienced life in a number of countries, including the US, Japan and Australia, I now reside in the UK where I am continuing to develop this innovative work.

I am concerned with deep change, the evolution of consciousness and the role women can play in this evolution. My contribution is to initiate women into our own ways, models and language of being and acting as well as to articulate a fresh understanding of the nature and power of the feminine.

Learning about the woman’s power cycle from Alexandra has been revolutionary. Incorporating this work into my training programs has added such a unique value to the service I am offering my clients. It’s opened a whole new dimension to my business that women are hungry for,
a reclaiming of their feminine power.
