Psychotherapist and media expert. Benjamin wants you to help yourself to a better life

All of Benjamin Fry’s work across a range of services and media has one thing in common; he uses professional expertise to help the lives of people who don’t need professional help.

Benjamin’s background is in psychotherapy and anyone can benefit from his help and ideas. He is making these skills of the mental health industries available to ordinary people on the high-street.

The results speak for themselves. You can see Benjamin in action on television in the BBC series Spendaholics. If you like what you see you can read his book or listen to his audio-book to get your own action plan for your issues.

On this site you can explore Benjamin’s media archive of television clips, newspaper columns and magazine articles; and make your own contribution in Benjamin’s forum.

If you’d like Benjamin’s help in person then you can book a private consultation with him or with a practitioner personally trained by him for his Happy Hour network.

Consultations, Seminars and Training

Benjamin works with individuals and groups in various different ways. He has a private practice in Harley Street for individuals, gives seminars on various themes for the public and corporate clients and runs a training course for practitioners who want to work with his method.

All of Benjamin’s work has a unifying theme of empowering individuals to understand why they are not automatically achieving their goals. He believes in your potential and in your own ability to reach it. However sometimes something gets in the way. Benjamin can help you to identify this block so that you can take action to remove it.

Benjamin’s methodology follows a routine of Learning, Diagnosis and Action (find out about yourself in general, figure out how that applies to you specifically, and do something about it) and this recurs in every format of his work.

If you like the sound of that then find a way for him to work with you using the boxes on the right.
